Breast Implant Revision – 8 Weeks Post-Surgery! ✨

Our patient recently had old, 20-year-old breast implants removed and replaced.

Both implants were ruptured (one 300cc, one 240cc). After careful sizing, placed Mentor implants – 545cc right, 485cc left to restore natural proportions and correct asymmetry.
The procedure also included:
* Cleaning out the implant pockets
* Internal repairs for improved shape and position
* Adjustment to bring implants closer together while maintaining natural ni**le position

This patient of Dr Aggarwal wanted a natural, symmetrical result and to achieve a C cup. At the time of surgery, Motiva Ergonomix implants were used – 175cc on the left and 205cc on the right – to create a balanced and natural look.
The result at 5 months shows soft, natural shape and symmetry.
