After considering a breast reduction for over 35 years, our patient was finally ready to take the next step. She had been living with ongoing discomfort, including persistent neck and back pain, as well as the daily frustration of finding clothes that fitted properly.

Starting from an FF–E cup, Dr Aggarwal performed a breast reduction with lift and liposuction, achieving a D cup result.

These results are still early in the healing process, and scarring will continue to soften and fade over time.

Post bilateral correction of tuberous breast deformity, this patient underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with asymmetrical implants (295cc left, 330cc right) to achieve natural symmetry.
To enhance volume and contour, fat grafting was performed, and a ni**le and ar**la lift (periar**lar mastopexy) was done to refine the breast shape and correct ni**le/ar**lar unevenness on both sides.

✨ 18 Months Post-Op Update ✨

Our lovely patient is now 18 months post bilateral breast reduction and abdominoplasty performed by Dr Aggarwal.
In addition, she underwent upper abdominal liposuction 8 weeks ago, which has further refined the contour and complemented her previous results.

At this stage, the breast and abdominal outcomes are fully settled, while the recent liposuction is still in its early healing phase with ongoing improvement expected over the coming months.

💫 Breast Implant Revision 💫

📸 B&A 8 weeks post-op

This patient was originally seen by Dr Aggarwal three years ago with a ruptured implant, but at that time she wasn’t ready for surgery. She previously had bilateral grade 3/4 capsular contracture, which caused narrowing of the breast width, increased projection of the implants, and firmness that was both palpable and visible. Comparing her measurements to three years ago, there has been a dramatic change over time.

She has now undergone bilateral breast implant removal, full capsulectomy, and implant replacement. 
Dr Aggarwal used a Mentor implant for the right breast (245cc) and a Mentor implant for the left breast (180cc) to achieve symmetry.

The implants were also moved from a subglandular (above the muscle) to a subpectoral position (below the muscle), helping to reduce the risk of future capsular contracture and optimise long-term results.

Mode Plastic Surgery flagship centre is based in Gordon on Sydney's North Shore. Other locations include Hornsby, Camperdown, and we are opening up in Hunter’s Hill in April!
