Northlakes Wellness Practice is situated in Gorokan, on the Central Coast of New South Wales Gregory Parker BSc.

The staff at Northlakes Wellness Practice are committed to educating and inspiring people to prevent illness, stay well and maximise their health, happiness and vitality. M Chiropractic CCWP is qualified with the International Chiropractor's Association as a Wellness educator and Northlakes Wellness Practice is a founding centre for the Innate Lifestyle Program. The programme incorporates Eat Well Move Well Think Well modules and runs for 12 months. The programme is a step by step instruction on what to eat, how to move and exercise and how to choose healthy thoughts, feelings and behaviours. It is a course in how to maximize health, happiness and vitality. Claire Parker Dip App Sci (Acu) is an acupuncturist, with a special interest in pre-conception care and planned pregnancy. Claire works in conjunction with IVF, using acupuncture, diet therapy and Chinese herbal medicine.
