If so, the EngAGE program could be for you!
EngAGE is a FREE 12-week online program facilitated by Exercise Physiology and Exercise Science programs at UON and Centre for Rehab Innovations (CRI).
Weekly zoom classes will allow you to make new friends, do some exercise and learn about lifestyle health without leaving your home.
