Skills & Experience:
Absolutely Essential:
Your enthusiasm is infectious, and your passion for top-notch, person-centred service is non-negotiable.
Ready to embrace the rhythm of shifting schedules? Our varied rostered shifts, including evenings, weekends, and split shifts,
Own a vehicle? Great – you're all set to roll with comprehensive insurance.
A valid Driver's License, Working With Children Check, National Police Check, and a current First Aid and CPR Certificate are all part of your toolkit.

Desirable
Hold a Certificate III and/or IV in Individual Support or equivalent? You're levelling up the game.
Previous stints in caring roles like Aged Care, Disability Services, or Child Care? Your experience adds an extra layer of impact.

We have been nominated for the Business Awards again and we could not be happier. Day in and day out the team here at Connected Choice and Ability strive to grow in supporting our participants to maximise and achieve their skills and goals of the NDIS, Through hard work and dedication each day dreams for our participants are turning into reality!
Our participants are a massive part of not only what we do but in our hearts too,
Heart and Soul Baristas our coffee van has seen our participants gain skills in both social and community environments and some even move onto further employment in cafe's.

We cannot thank everyone enough for supporting us here and trusting in us to grow their child in all areas of their life,
