Another lovely day connecting with amazing people at ABLE MEET Central Coast 💙

Over the past week, Living Strength Care team has been attending several ABLE MEET events, and it’s been such a great opportunity to meet passionate professionals, providers, and organisations who all share the same goal supporting stronger and more connected communities.

A special shoutout as well to Able Finder, our neighbouring table for the day 🤝 It was wonderful sharing the space and having some great conversations throughout the event. We also enjoyed catching up with Jason Korotkich from Uplift Exercise Physiology and Bec from Omnia Inclusive, while connecting with some incredible community nurses, Erika and Grace, doing valuable work across the region. These conversations are a great reminder of the strength that comes from collaboration and shared purpose.

📍 We’ll be attending more events like these in the future, and we’re excited to continue meeting and connecting with more people along the way.

If you see us at the next event, come say hello 👋

What a fun and engaging event at ABLE MEET – Castle Hill 💙

We loved connecting with passionate professionals and providers from across the allied health and community sector in such a welcoming and interactive environment.

The event’s unique networking style gave everyone the chance to have quick one-on-one conversations, share ideas, learn from each other, and build meaningful connections along the way 🤝

It was also wonderful meeting and connecting with the teams from Enrich Abilities and Ru during the event.

Thank you to everyone we met and chatted with throughout the event. We’re excited to continue building relationships and supporting stronger community connections together!

From student placement… to officially part of the team 💙

One of the most rewarding parts of what we do at Living Strength Care is seeing passionate students grow into confident professionals.

What started as a student placement became the beginning of an incredible career journey — and we’re so proud to have her into our team officially!

As Mental Health Awareness Week comes to a close, this weekend is a gentle reminder to slow down and check in with yourself.

For many people in aged care, rehabilitation, or living with disability, mental wellbeing can often be overlooked while focusing on physical health and daily responsibilities. Carers and families feel it too.

At Living Strength Care, we see every day how emotional wellbeing affects confidence, motivation, participation, and quality of life. Sometimes, the smallest moments like feeling connected, maintaining routine, enjoying meaningful activities, or simply feeling supported can make the biggest difference.

This weekend, take time to rest, reset, and care for your mental health in whatever way feels right for you.

And if you’re supporting someone else, remember that your wellbeing matters too.

Understanding the NDIS doesn’t have to feel confusing.

From funding and therapy supports to goals and plan reviews, there’s a lot to take in especially for participants and families navigating it for the first time.

At Living Strength Care, we believe support should feel clear, empowering, and personal. Our team works alongside participants and families to help make the NDIS easier to understand and easier to navigate.

Whether you’re new to the NDIS or looking to make the most of your current plan, you don’t have to figure it out alone. 💙

💭 What NDIS topic would you like us to explain next?

Ever noticed how a busy space can make your mind feel busy too? 🌀

Here's our Wednesday Wellness tip: A clutter‑free space can reduce both physical and mental stress.

Small things like clearing pathways, organising frequently used items, or tidying one spot at a time can make everyday life feel calmer and more manageable.

If you could declutter just one area today, what would it be? 🤔
