Shane was first inspired to pursue Osteopathy as a career whilst studying Naturopathy over 20 years ago. He was and continues to be fascinated by the effective and rapid results of Osteopathic treatment. A treatment at the Central Coast Osteopathic Clinic utilises techniques such as stretching, a relaxing massage with one of our qualified massage therapists for treatment of the soft tissues (muscles, tendons and ligaments) along with mobilisation of specific joints and soft tissues and dry needling (acupuncture). Recommendations of stretching and exercise for the management of pain and dysfunction may be given.
