Today we farewelled our long-time Volunteer Les.

Les has been an integral part of the Evergreen Team for 6 ½ year – keeping our gardens beautiful, helping residents, and driving the Evergreen bus.

This is not a final farewell as Les has offered to be a fill in bus driver.

Thank you for everything Les – we will miss you!

Seniors Festival fun - Love being active

They say you’re never too old to learn something new and this year’s Seniors Festival is the perfect stage to put that theory to the test.

While many have played game favourites like darts, quoits and indoor bowls, but have you ever tried Klop or Corn Hole? Did you know they even have a national league and world championship? Well, come and try some of the fun activities during Seniors festival at Yallambee Village and who knows, you my just find your next sporting passion!

You are cordially invited to join us on Tuesday 19 February at 10am to get active at Yallambee Village. Come and make new friends or bring old ones with you, after all what better way to celebrate life than by staying active and healthy.
