Overwhelm isn’t weakness. It’s your nervous system waving a quiet little flag saying,
ā€œHey… I’m at capacity.ā€

And when you feel it rising, try this simple 20-second reset: 🌬

Inhale for 4… hold for 2… long exhale for 6–8. Drop your shoulders. Repeat twice.

It’s quick, it’s calming, and it interrupts the stress response almost instantly.
