Well done Xmas Day has come and gone in another year of Covid-19....it was great to be able to celebrate with friends and new people...to eat, drink and be merry ...now there is the opportunity to rest and remember my family members no longer around!

Today my dogs and I headed to the beach but there were so many people at the beach that made me decide to go for a hike instead and look for pools to swim in. Unfortunately we got badly off track and although not totally lost had to scale a rock and cliff face..interesting to see when you don't panic and keep your wits about you you can still get to your destination...a metaphor for life really. Yes we had a good swim and got back to the car none the worse for wear thank goodness!

Well this Christmas has been quite wet and our gardens are benefitting nicely...it has made me rest up a lot which I have needed...now as we head to New Year...we have to stay home in my part of NSW to watch the fireworks so it is another moment to reflect on health and what we need to do to protect ourselves and others...I hope and wish for 2021 to be a brighter happier year for all of us..please rest and be careful and be kind over the break and beyond...Central Coast Counselling opens again after 11 January 2021.

Wow they have just launched two men into Space and the whole world is watching...
seems like social distancing in a Space craft would be hard..if you are worried about changes and fearful of the new you might think of these guys.
Every day we are faced with choices and some are bigger and some smaller. Yesterday I had a big choice..my own mini Space mission..I made it relaxed like the astronauts looked in their capsule..today I am thinking oh my goodness what could go wrong?..I had a friend say to me don't let Covid 19 stop you from moving on! So if anyone is struggling because of these unusual and odd times it is important to remember it will not be forever and to reach out and talk if you feel lost. My job is to help relationship wise and individually so please call and make an appointment. I will listen and be a support in person or on line.

Hope that Christmas which can be a stressful time is a relaxing time for people. Less presents, less food more peace and tranquility and time for sharing with friends pets and family or any lonely people!! Have a break and look forward to a better 2019 ...breathe in and out slowly..notice the landscape and be kind!!
