Every person has unlimited potential - disability doesn't change that. It never has, and it never will. ✨

Whether someone is born with a disability or acquires one through life's unexpected turns, we see the same thing every time - a human being with dreams, talents, passions, and an incredible capacity for growth.

We've watched people others said would "never be independent" move into their own homes and thrive. We've celebrated as individuals found meaningful employment that utilises their unique strengths. We've witnessed beautiful friendships blossom and love stories unfold. We've seen people discover hidden talents, pursue lifelong passions, and achieve goals that once seemed impossible.

This isn't wishful thinking - this is what happens every day when people with disability are given the right support, genuine belief, and the freedom to write their own stories. Employment, relationships, independence, community connection, creative expression - these aren't privileges reserved for some. They're human experiences that belong to everyone.

The difference isn't ability - it's opportunity. It's having support that believes in your potential rather than your limitations. It's being part of a community that sees your strengths first and your disability second.

Whether you're exploring Supported Independent Living options or looking for In-Community Support that truly gets it, we're here to help you discover what's possible when support meets belief in equal measure.

Because every person deserves the chance to live their fullest, most authentic life.

Ready to explore what independence with support could look like for you or someone you love?

🧠Autism is an umbrella
term for a bunch of different neurological
developmental conditions. As is the case with many
other disabilities, there are a number of misconceptions
surrounding people on the spectrum, with the main

Is Autism a tragedy?

Join Jordan as he dives into the misconceptions
surrounding Autism Spectrum Disorder and explores
how people on the spectrum can contribute to society
in ways neurotypical people may not be able to.

Sensory differences – they're information about how someone experiences the world. 🌍 We appreciate and celebrate all kind of sensory needs here.

At Trilogy, we create sensory-friendly environments that honor individual needs: quiet spaces for those who need calm, textured materials for those who seek input, movement breaks for those who process through their bodies, and low-lighting options for light-sensitive eyes.

When we build on abilities rather than focusing on disabilities, incredible things happen.

Neurodiversity isn't a challenge to overcome – it's a perspective to celebrate. 🧠✨

At Trilogy, we honor the incredible ways neurodivergent minds work: the deep focus that leads to expertise, the pattern recognition that sees solutions others miss, the honest communication that cuts through pretense, the attention to detail that ensures quality.

We create spaces where neurological differences are seen as the gifts they are. Because the world needs all kinds of minds to thrive.

Our Story

Trilogy Disability Services is a boutique disability service provider, focused on working with our participants to achieve their person-centred goals. We ask the questions “what is important” and “what do you want out of life” and ask our participants, to imagine how they can achieve these goals.

Trilogy Disability Services was the dream of our Director Cathy Deblaere, and with the help of a beautiful central coast family she was able to achieve. Cathy had supported this family’s child throughout her career and with the introduction of the NDIS, the opportunity to create a unique disability service, was presented.

Drawing down on 25 years’ experience Cathy and her Co-Director Nicole (Nicky) Jackson opened their first property in March 2017, specialising in children’s respite care. Two years later with 9 properties located on both the Central Coast and upper North Shore, Trilogy Disability Services is still growing.

Cathy and Nicky have built a team of passionate and dedicated support staff around them and have specialised in creating ‘outside the box’ experiences for our participants and helped them imagine the unimaginable.
