You wear so many hats - medical coordinator and appointment manager, educational advocate and homework helper, life skills coach and independence supporter, emergency responder and crisis navigator, dreams keeper and future planner, and most importantly, loving family member or friend.

Every week, our SIL community comes together for our beloved Friday BBQ tradition. It's a day filled with choices - whether that's kneading dough for fresh bread, trying a new craft project, or simply enjoying meaningful conversations around the table.

This is real life. This is independence with support. This is what's possible when we create spaces where everyone can pursue their interests, develop their skills, and build lasting connections.

From learning new cooking techniques to exploring creative passions, our participants are living full, enriching lives in a community that truly gets it. The laughter echoing through the kitchen, the pride in sharing something they've made, the comfort of being somewhere they truly belong - these moments matter.

What an incredible day hosting the Community Services students from Terrigal High School! 🌱

We were absolutely delighted to welcome these amazing students to Jordy's Place, where they joined Maxine for a hands-on insight into what respite care truly means.

From therapeutic games and gentle animal interactions to nature-based activities and sharing stories over a delicious lunch together, these students brought such wonderful energy and genuine curiosity to learn about our community.

The sweetest moment was when they presented Maxine with a beautiful thank you gift - but honestly, the gift was ours in having them here and seeing their enthusiasm for understanding how respite services create spaces for connection, joy and wellbeing.

These future health professionals asked thoughtful questions, engaged wholeheartedly in every activity, and reminded us why education partnerships matter so much. They're going to make such a positive difference in our community!

Thank you to Terrigal High School for choosing us as part of your students' learning journey, and to every student who participated with such open hearts and minds.

You've shown us the bright future of compassionate care. 💙

What is Level 3 Support Coordination? 🤔

Level 3 Support Coordination offers a higher level of support for participants whose situations are more complex and who need specialist support. We assist participants to manage challenges in their support environment and ensure consistent delivery of service.

Our Story

Trilogy Disability Services is a boutique disability service provider, focused on working with our participants to achieve their person-centred goals. We ask the questions “what is important” and “what do you want out of life” and ask our participants, to imagine how they can achieve these goals.

Trilogy Disability Services was the dream of our Director Cathy Deblaere, and with the help of a beautiful central coast family she was able to achieve. Cathy had supported this family’s child throughout her career and with the introduction of the NDIS, the opportunity to create a unique disability service, was presented.

Drawing down on 25 years’ experience Cathy and her Co-Director Nicole (Nicky) Jackson opened their first property in March 2017, specialising in children’s respite care. Two years later with 9 properties located on both the Central Coast and upper North Shore, Trilogy Disability Services is still growing.

Cathy and Nicky have built a team of passionate and dedicated support staff around them and have specialised in creating ‘outside the box’ experiences for our participants and helped them imagine the unimaginable.
