We are looking for our 69 years old participant a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to:

- Provide emotional and physical assistance and support to individuals with complex needs.

- Assist with daily living activities.
The ideal candidate will have fabulous professional boundaries female only 25yrs and over (participants request)

This role requires excellent communication skills.

Days & Times:
Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm
Thursday Evening 4pm to 10am
Saturday 2pm to 10am
Sunday 9am to 5pm
Sunday 4pm to 10am

Location: Mandurah

We have availability for new participants to jump into this beautiful house in Beckenham.

We can cater to Medical and Psychosocial Disability needs. All support worker training is completed specifically to your/your participants needs before they move into any of our SIL, SDA or STA houses.
We have a nurse on staff, as well as having 24/7 on call support.
