Today I have the absolute privilege to hold space for a private booked Sound Healing Session.

A group of five are joining me for their very first Sound Healing with me.
What an honour.

This is a great experience for couples, bring your wife or hubby, son or daughter, family members or gather a few friends (invite your neighbour because why not😊) children are welcome, everybody can benefit from some much needed Healing, our bodies, minds and nervous systems need rest!
Up to six per booking

These sessions are booked to suit your needs.
I'm open and flexible to suggestions, if you would like to mix the session up, add the Rattle and/or Drum to the Bowls or Reiki we can most certainly arrange that.

One of the many things I love most about Sound Healing is each person receives exactly what they need in any given moment, emotional, mental, physical or spiritual healing.

These are truly beautiful sessions and have been booked for many different occasions and reasons, from birthday's, anniverseries, family gatherings, friends wishing to come together, parent and child bonding and even grief and loss.

This is your time for YOU.
For time out, to rest, relax, be still, connect with yourself, restore and rejuvenate whilst Healing takes place on many levels.

You will leave feeling Relaxed, Calm, Grounded, Re-Balanced, Nourished and Rejuvenated in Body, Mind and Spirit.
And a whole lot lighter and happier after being bathed in high frequencies.

It's not all fairies and unicorns, light and love!

Sharing a few photos of my own personal fire release from my recent 'Wars Within' Circle I held.

You would be supurised what presents after you've done your release work, not so pretty stuff.

First photo if you look closely six faces can be seen, then figures and all gnarly 'stuff'
All released throughout our shadow work.
Over the years of doing this work my fire photos changed colours from yellow/orangey to blue to red to finally mostly Violet ( the colour of transmutation )

If you missed out I will be holding another one in Scorpio Season (October/November) the perfect Season for all things shadow.

We are all light and dark, when we acknowledge and work with both we come into balance.
The dark aspect of self is feared and suppressed, when brought to the light transformation and healing can occur.

Thank you to the Beautiful Souls who joined me yesterday for deep inner healing shadow work.

We brought up, faced, surrendered, let go and released our Inner Wars and Wars with others.

Working with 432 HZ Violet Flame for transmutation and Global Healing.
The Violet Flame is a high-frequency energy for healing and releasing negativity.

There's an old saying the proof is in the pudding in our case the proof was in our Fire Ritual that we end our Release Work with.
Seeing the images of the gnarly stuff we hold in our psyche.

Working with Fire is a potent Elemental for letting go.

The symbolic essence of fire is to release old ways of being, old stories, inner turmoil, conflicts and drama. Through our energetic release work comes rebirth, transformation and renewal but most of all PEACE.

When you Emotionally Release 'stuff' it provides a cathartic outlet for releasing old stagnant energies, emotions, wounds, hurts and traumas.

For new experiences, people, offers, opportunities to enter our lives first we must create energetic space.
When you actively participate in Release Work the old outdated bagguage that is no longer serving you is replaced with new positive energy that is more aligned with who you currently are.

An Intentional Release Fire Ritual purifies and clears away negative energies, stress, burdens and low vibrational emotions.
No wonder we all felt great afterwards.
