Every Monday evening 6-7pm or Thursdays 9-10am you can come and try a very gentle heart flow yoga and meditation suitable for beginners! 180 degree views of the lake and surrounding mountains will help you find the peace with in !
we ask for a $10 donation and all the proceeded are being used fur the final construction. for our community children’s playground! So not only will you be exceeding your physical being and soothing your mind you will be ‘doing it fur the kids’🤍
