🌱 Step 1 Physiotherapy at the Grow Your Future Careers Expo! 🌱
Tristyn and Courtney had a fantastic day representing Step 1 Physiotherapy at the Grow Your Future Careers Expo at Crookwell High School.
It was a great opportunity to speak with students from surrounding primary and high schools about physiotherapy, exercise physiology, and the many ways a career in allied health can make a difference in the community.

💪🔥 Optimising Performance at the Wheelchair AFL State Championships! 🔥💪
Our Step 1 Physiotherapy team is proud to be on site at Veolia Arena this weekend, supporting athletes every step of the way.
We’ve customised our VALD ForceFrame testing protocol specifically for wheelchair athletes — measuring key strength metrics. 🏋️‍♂️📊
And when an athlete needs support, we’re right there to provide hands-on treatment at the time they need it most — from taping and soft tissue treatment to quick injury triage. 🩺🙌
It’s all about keeping players strong, safe, and competition-ready.

Over the past week our team has been pushing their limits on the VALD ForceFrame — and let’s just say, some of our most competitive contenders even came back for a re-test to try and edge up the leaderboard 😉🔥
After all the hard work, here are the final standings:
