Just a quick update from the team at Step 1 Physiotherapy:
✨ We’ll be taking a short break over the Easter long weekend
📅 Closed from Good Friday through to Easter Monday
📅 Back in clinic Tuesday 7th April

Bonnie Race Week Update 🏁

Fastest time achieved… and still building 🚀

Bonnie just hit a new 5km PB in training, pushing right to the edge (and yes… the finish line got the full post-run experience 🤢).

But this one was just the lead-in.

Race day is next weekend — and the goal is clear:
show up strong, trust the work, and go again 💨

From desk-bound admin to chasing finish lines — this is what consistency looks like.

Now it’s all about:

✔️ Hydrating well
✔️ Fresh legs, clear mind

First day back in the clinic for the new year and it was a busy one — no time to get steps in during the day, so here we are.
Rain, runners on, getting it done anyway.
