You can do kegel exercises discreetly at anytime, Sitting at your desk, when stopped in traffic in your car, while watching TV.
Simply contract and relax your pelvic floor muscles.
Mix it up by contracting for longer and shorter periods of time and most importantly don't forget to breathe!
