Be guided through calming breathing techniques, visualisations, relaxation meditation, and body awareness. Learn techniques you can apply outside of the group to reconnect with the peace that comes with sitting quietly and simply being in the moment.

No prior experience is necessary.

Limited to 8 people. Come every week or just the weeks you’re available. Bookings are essential - visit the website to register.

Sometimes you come to the realisation that the tension in your body is from trying to contort yourself into a space or situation where you no longer fit. It’s no longer comfortable and it’s no longer helping you grow.

Clutter: an untidy, unorganised collection of objects or thoughts.

Do you find clutter stressful? Me too! 😂

I feel like it's something that's forever being generated and I'm always looking for ways to get it organised. When left to get out of hand, it can get stressful because I don't know what I'm dealing with anymore. It's probably why I like using frameworks like numerology or project planning to help give life structure. When I understand what I can control and what I can't, it doesn't seem so bad!

This year's theme is which is about seeing the best in yourself and others, and showing the people around you (including you!) some love and kindness. Little acts of kindness can go a long way to reducing your feelings of stress every day.
