Myth: You have to be perfectly positive to manifest.
Truth: You’re a soul living a human life — and that means you’ll experience the full range of emotions. Doubt, fear, sadness, frustration… they’re all part of being human. And it’s impossible to be positive 24/7.
Here’s the good news: you don’t have to. 🙌
Manifestation isn’t about ignoring the hard feelings or pretending they don’t exist. It’s about noticing them, honouring them, and then choosing where to put your focus next. You can still manifest your dreams even on the days you don’t feel your best.
The power is in what you do after the emotion — do you let it run the show, or do you gently guide yourself back to what you want to create?
