This can be difficult for some and yet with practice, it can absolutely be done! When minds change to look at things from a different perspective, lives can also change for the better 💕

Start with becoming the Observer of your own thoughts, words and actions. Do this by zooming out of a scence that might be playing out in any given moment. From this new angle and awareness, observe yourself.

The way you are standing.
The way you are thinking.
The way you are talking.
The way you are responding or reacting.

Adjust yourself accordingly to be
standing in a more confident way,
Thinking in a more empowering way.
Talking in a more compassionate way. Responding in a more calm and grounded way.

Our Story

I came from a background of depression, scarcity mindset and “poor me” syndrome. My husband and my children saw it all.

My journey is something that I share transparently with the sadness I went through to the “voice” that guided me into my curiosity. This lead me to learn more about my mind and the power that it had on my entire life. Energy was next and energy healing soon followed.

Now I can speak with the energy of people, plants, animals and even people that are making their transition from the body. We are, in our most Absolute form, energy.

I applaud people who take full responsibility for their lives - especially the difficult parts. When you come to completely understand your mind and the energy that each thought creates, you will totally be able to see why you have what you have in your life - and why you don't have what you don't yet have. It’s all connected and it is a truly fascinating ride that’s for sure :)
