✨ Female Independent Disability Support Worker Wanted ✨
I am currently seeking an independent NDIS Disability Support Worker to support a 66-year-old woman who would benefit from a gentle, calm, and compassionate presence in her daily life.
Monday and Wednesday, with an opportunity to increase support days/ hours for the right person.
This role involves supporting her with:
🌸 Meal preparation
🌸 Personal care, including assistance with showering
🌸 Daily living tasks to support independence
🌸 Community access, such as appointments and shopping
The right person will be someone who:
💗 Brings patience, empathy, and emotional warmth
💗 Has a gentle, reassuring approach
💗 Is able to move at the participant’s pace
💗 Enjoys creating moments of connection and positivity
💗 Can bring a little brightness and kindness into her day.
Consistency, reliability, and a person-centred approach are essential. This is a lovely opportunity for someone who truly values meaningful, respectful support and wants to make a genuine difference in someone’s everyday life.
