A little prep goes a long way in helping you get the most out of your treatment—here’s everything you need to know to arrive prepared and ready to glow!💖

BEFORE YOUR FACIAL
✅ Arrive with a clean canvas – If possible, skip the makeup, SPF and heavy skincare. (Don’t stress if you’re coming straight from work—I’ll deep cleanse your skin before we begin! Just try to go light on the eye makeup 👁️💧)

✅ Avoid exfoliants & active skincare – That includes scrubs, peels, glycolic acid and Vitamin A. No need to overwork your skin—give it 5–7 days off to avoid irritation.

✅ No facial waxing or shaving – For at least 24–48 hours before your appointment to prevent sensitivity or inflammation.

✅ Hydrate & limit caffeine – Drinking water helps your skin glow, and cutting back on caffeine can reduce sensitivity.

✅ Think about your skin goals – Acne? Dryness? Pigmentation? Let’s make sure we’re treating what matters most to you.
