Anzac Biscuits 🥥 Keeping the tradition alive this year, and every year.

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees fan forced. Line a baking tray with compostable brown paper.
2. Combine the oats, flour, sugar, and coconut in a mixing bowl.
3. Melt butter, syrup and 2 tablespoons cold water in microwave for around 30 seconds or until melted. Once melted, add 1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda.
4. Stir butter mixture into dry mixture, and then roll tablespoon size in your hands. Place and squash on prepared baking tray. Repeat.
4. Cook in oven for around 10 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Enjoy!
