At SMC we believe that you can be fitter & stronger after birth than ever before. If you're a new mum or mum-to-be, we can provide the right guidance & support to train through pregnancy & return to exercise safely. If you want to build muscle, increase your confidence & gain happiness, we can help with our huge range of group fitness classes delivered by qualified, caring coaches. If you want to feel empowered about health & women's health issues like pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse & abdominal separation & want a safe place to talk & work on fixing, your head coach is a Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist. If you want to exercise, and be able to bring the kids SM provides that. No we are not just for mums- if you're a woman whose sick of "regular" gyms and looking for a community where you can form friendships, transform your body & mind & be more than just a number, then you belong at Strong Mumma Co.

**As always please make sure to adapt any exercise that doesn't feel right for you;

👉🏽Experiencing sciatic pain? Skip the glute bridges.

👉🏽Have a weaker pelvic floor? Decrease weight or depth in your squat or use a chair to pause and contract your PF before you stand up.
