At Allure Derma we are committed to providing high-quality treatments and using only the best products and technologies to meet our clients’ aesthetic goals. Our refund policy ensures that clients have clear information on refunds in relation to treatments and product use within the clinic.

1) No Refunds on Completed Treatments
Once a treatment has been performed, we are unable to offer refunds. Each treatment is carried out by qualified professionals and is designed to achieve the best possible outcome based on individual client needs and preferences. Refunds will not be issued for any perceived dissatisfaction with results, as outcomes can vary according to individual response.

2) Product Quality and Expiration
We stand behind the quality and efficacy of all products used within the clinic. If a client has concerns about a product used in their treatment, we will evaluate the product for quality and expiration. If a product is found to be expired or faulty at the time of treatment, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include re-treatment or, in some cases, a partial refund.

3) Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided for the following:

Due to laws affecting advertising of therapeutic goods and services we cannot name specific ingredients, brand names or products in our advertising. All products and ingredients as well as the risks, side effects, advantages and results of each treatment, as well as alternative options will be discussed in your consultation and a decision made accordingly. We attempt to keep our pricing up to date regularly, however, please note that it is a guide only to give clients an indication as to expected costs. All quotes will be provided upon consultation and after skin and facial analysis with recommendations provided by our practitioners. Unless stated otherwise, specials and discounts are standalone offers and cannot be used in conjunction or cumulatively. All specials and discounts have specific terms and conditions which will be stated on the particular special page. While we endeavour to keep our specials and discounts consistent, all offers are subject to change without notice. Specials and discounts may not be suitable for particular clients as each individual has specific skin concerns. Suitability for any special or discounted treatment will be discussed in depth during consultation. Treatments are performed at the discretion of the practitioner. Rach has returned to the Clarence Valley after spending some time out west working on other business ventures. We are very excited to have Rach join us here at Allure Derma. Allure Derma now offers the Gold Standard in Laser Treatment - Cutera Excel V targeting vascular and pigmentation concerns. Previously you would have to travel to the Gold Coast to undergo such specialised therapies.
