Celebrating World Qigong Day – April 25
Today we honour the gentle power of Qigong… a practice of breath, movement, and awareness that brings us back into harmony with ourselves and the natural world.
Qigong reminds us that wellbeing doesn’t need to be forced. With simple, consistent practice, we can cultivate more energy, calm, and clarity in our daily lives.
