Introducing our Yoga Teachers
Meet Agneta
Agneta is a teacher who has been sharing her love of teaching yoga since becoming qualified in 2017. Her journey from fitness leader background lead her to a holistic health focus exploring yoga and Ayurveda as a path to wellness for body and mind. As a yoga teacher, Agneta places focus on the holistic integration of breath, movement and mindfulness to cultivate inner peace and connection as a well as enhancing physical strength.
Agneta has developed her teachings through trainings in Ayurveda, yoga for teens, pregnancy and chair yoga as well as many other workshops. Today Agneta has a focus on creating a nurturing space that supports balance, self awareness and connection. Her teaching style is warm and intuitive and deeply rooted in the belief that yoga is a powerful tool for transformation and self discovery.
