Deb will still be operating the clinic over the long weekend; the clinic's hours are as follows:

Good Friday - 3rd April - OPEN
Easter Saturday - 4th April - PHONE APPOINTMENTS ONLY
Easter Sunday - 5th April - CLOSED
Easter Monday - 6th April - OPEN

Please note that bloods cannot be taken during this period as collection doesn't occur on public holidays

👉 While you are making an appointment on the phone (if you want to be placed on the list and are not making a standard appointment, it is best to send it through text)
👉 Via Facebook Messenger
👉 While you are at your appointment with Deb
👉 For Tarwin Lower residents, there will also be a sheet at the community centre.

When placing your name on the list, please provide the following details
👉First and last name
👉Age
👉Contact phone number
👉Whether you have a severe chronic health condition
👉You can also advise whether it is just the fluvax and/or Pneumonia and Shingles
