This morning was not as much about the workout for our body but more about the work on our mindset. HUGE Congratulations to you ladies who showed up no matter what! A bit of drizzle won’t stop us. Jumping in the water in the rain - best feeling! It’s all about CONSISTENCY.

Being consistent in your actions, in the way you show up is what makes a difference here and in everything you do.

One small step done consistently over time delivers better results than one big action done one-off. You don’t eat 7 apples 🍏 on Sunday, right? (to make up for missing on your one Apple 🍎 a day).

Stay consistent and you will thrive!! 👍🏻👍🏻
