I just wanted you to know… what you see online is a highlight reel.

You see the calm moments, achievements, the finished product, the “look how well she’s doing” version.
But honestly, if you spent a day in my life, you’d probably be like WTF

It’s not all sunshine and rainbows
It’s school drop-offs, forgotten lunchboxes, missing library books, bills to pay, messages I haven’t replied to, last-minute groceries, making sure everyone’s fed, clothed, clean, washing, extra curricular activities, readers signed, and everyone’s needs are met!! And that’s just the household 😅

We’ve got five kids. Two businesses. A house that never stops moving and there is always something going on.
If it’s silent we get worried 🤣 we are organised chaos wrapped in a lot of love and trust that it will all just work out..

I truly love what I do and my life I am so happy and I’m living my dream. But I need you to know there’s a lot that happens behind the scenes that no one really sees.

Most days, I’m switching between being a mum, wife, friend, a business owner, a mentor, a cleaner, therapist, taxi, a problem solver… and sometimes, just a woman doing her best to hold it all together.

Some days I smash it
Some days I cry in the car
Most days, I’m just winging it, just navigating life like everyone else and wearing a lot of hats that aren’t always visible.

I am literally living in alignment, my dream but just so we’re clear, the magic doesn’t just happen
It doesn’t fall into place because I’m lucky… It takes hard work, sacrifice, resilience, motivation, trust and showing up again and again even when you’re exhausted.

If you’re juggling life, business, healing, family, and trying to hold it all together, I see you
You’re not alone, don’t give up!!! Don’t compare yourself with what you see on social media…. It’s not full reality, it’s hard work it’s making mistakes and picking yourself up and trying again.
I want you to know that Messy and magic can exist at the same time, keep going

Did you know my courses started because people kept asking me in my 1-1s to teach? and one day, I just said yes.No plan. No structure. Nothing mapped out. I literally showed up and channelled what we were meant to do in the moment.It honestly freaked my husband out, he’s all about logic and structure and here I was in my lounge room trusting what I felt, what I knew, what I could hear.Was that scary? Oh f #%k yes - feel the fear and do it anyway right 😅I trusted my connection so much. After each session, I’d write down what we had done that night and that’s how the courses were created… They weren’t built from a business model. They were built from my lived experience, my knowledge, my connection, channeling, intuition and a whole lot of trust.Now over years and hundreds of people later…Something must’ve worked.Do you have to work hard to get here? Oh extremely, but that’s another story.. Spiritual Awakening or Just Completely Overwhelmed?

Sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference. You’re cracked open, emotional, sensitive to everything. You’re seeing signs, questioning old beliefs, remembering who you are, or at least trying to.

Sometimes it’s not clarity. It’s your nervous system in survival mode.

You can’t switch off. You’re not sleeping. You feel like you’re the only one who gets it. You pull away. You stop trusting. You stop believing in shared humanity. Suddenly everything feels coded or threatening. You’re decoding the world instead of living in it.

It’s okay to question things. Not everything is a message. Not everything is a conspiracy. Sometimes it’s just life. Sometimes a sore muscle is just a sore muscle. A stomach ache is just a stomach ache.

You are allowed to get checked. Please do. Spiritual work doesn’t replace medical care.

Sometimes pain is emotional. Sometimes your body is holding fear, grief, or trauma. It’s about knowing the difference. Not rushing to explain everything, but being curious. Gentle. Grounded.

You can go to therapy. Take medication, Meditate, Talk to your guides. You can be intuitive and also deeply supported.

Healing is hard. It’s not a straight line. It’s messy, brave and exhausting. It takes a village. You don’t have to do it alone.

You’re not broken. You’re becoming.

This group I’ve been with has honestly been nothing short of remarkable. Together, they’ve navigated more life transitions than I’ve ever witnessed in a collective space. The power, the growth, the resilience it’s been beyond.

The lessons we’ve shared, the things we’ve witnessed, the energy we’ve held I’ll never forget it. Being in their presence these past few months has changed me. They taught me just as much as I ever hoped to teach them.

This group didn’t just show up, they held on. To themselves, to each other, and to the work. They moved through some of the toughest times with integrity, passion and grace. And I am so, so proud.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing me to walk beside you. For trusting me with your stories, your truth, your healing. It’s something I’ll never take for granted.

What you’re going to create from here will be beyond what you even imagined and if you need the reminder, it’s never too late to start.

This scarf was gifted to me by a course Queen, but it’s more than just a scarf.

She said, “When I walked into your class you strait away gave me a big hug and I felt the warmth so this scarf is a hug from me to you.” 🥹

It reminded me that we often don’t realise how much a simple moment ….a hug, a smile, a safe space can actually shift something for someone.

Now let’s be real… I’m not exactly known for my soft gentle hugs or way 😅
Most people are much more familiar with what they call “The Julie Kick in the D! ” -loving, honest, and straight to the point (you’ll thank me later 😂)

But here’s the thing. Both matter.
Sometimes people need softness, sometimes they need truth.Sometimes they need someone to hold them, and sometimes they need someone to lovingly shake them out of their own way.

Don’t underestimate the impact you have.Whether you’re the hug, the push, or somewhere in between because it all counts

Our beginners round went by so fast I honestly can’t believe it’s already wrapped and I am blown away by how quickly this group took the tools and actually used them …not just in class but in their everyday lives.

Their willingness to shift, to look at themselves, to grow, to show up and do the work… it’s honestly amazing and I’m so bloody proud of them- because this work isn’t easy 🙌

I feel so lucky to guide them through it, thank you for choosing me with this transformative time of your lives.

A massive thank you to the three Queens who came last night to be our sitters and guides- I just love and adore you guys 🫶🏼.

Just wanted to pop this up here, because these things keep coming up in myself, in my sessions, in conversations with people around me.
It’s funny how we know this stuff… and still forget it.
We forget the basics, The reminders. The things we’d tell a friend in a heartbeat but not ourselves.
