To address this demand, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Support Coordinators to join our team.

Our current Support Coordination team is characterised by its exceptional dedication and knowledge. We are looking for someone who embodies our core values and possesses the ability to work effectively in both autonomous and team-based settings.

It’s hard to believe we have been operating for 3 years.

The privilege of being able to support people’s life journeys is never lost on us, and we are thankful for our little space in the disability sector.

You will meet the following requirements;

Certificate IV in Disability Studies or be willing to undertake whilst working

Current First Aid Certificate with up-to-date CPR;

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;

Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain;

Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain;

All applicants for this role must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccinations during the recruitment process.

☆ Meet Ash! She's the newest member to join our support team ☆

Ash comes with a wealth of knowledge, in addition to her holding a Certificate IV disability, Certificate IV Child, Youth & Family intervention and A Bachelor Physical activity & health sciences, Ash has over 5yrs+ of hand-on experience in various roles within the community & health sector.

Ronny joined the support team here at Peak in January. He is currently studying his Certificate IV in Disability though genU Training. He has a strong passion to help others and his willingness to continue to develop his knowledge & skills has made a wonderful addition. Outside of work Ronny is a busy, loving father and a car enthusiast.

Couldn't think of a better group of people to be locked in a room with!

It's been a huge year for us & we have so much to celebrate;
- we have grown to a team of 10
- we successfully passed our first NDIS registration audit (still waiting @ commission)
- we celebrated our first year of service delivery
- we celebrated Mollie's one year with us!
- we have supported our participants to smash their goals.

We are so grateful for our team & proud of the efforts they put into every shift! And of course so grateful to all of our participants & families for allowing us to be part of their journeys.
