I seem to have been missing in action from facebook :) I resumed my Midwifery career after several years of exclusively teaching Calmbirth - this has been very rewarding, brain expanding and extremely busy! Finding some balance now with my passion as a Calmbirth educator, being a Midwife and very importantly fitting family and life into the mix! Here are the remaining dates for 2025 - currently taking bookings right up until the end of Nov. Refresher courses are available privately and only run on weekdays or weeknight to fit around everyone's schedules - touch base via my email if interested. kath@innerbirth.com.au

Welcome to the world Calmbirth baby Hunter. "Hi Kath, our little man Hunter was born at home at 39 weeks. No pain relief, I breathed hime out after a very intense but quick first 5 hr labour. Hannah and Dylan attended my Calmbirth workshop in Bellarine in August 2023. With your partner or birth support person you will gain knowledge and skills that will enable you to work together to create a truely positive and oxytocin filled birth for not only yourselves but importantly your baby.
