We’re excited to welcome Kim Mills to Cameron Wellness Centre as a Senior Occupational Therapist based in Geelong!

Kim is a dual-qualified Occupational Therapist and Registered Nurse, bringing a wealth of clinical experience across healthcare and community-based settings. Her person-centred approach, passion for inclusion, and commitment to evidence-informed care align beautifully with our mission to close the gap and improve access for all Australians, with a focus on First Nations people.

🌟 Welcome Bronwyn Whitten & Robyn Nicol! 🌟

We’re excited to welcome two incredible Occupational Therapists to our Geelong team this week - Bronwyn Whitten and Robyn Nicol as they officially begin their journey with us at Cameron Wellness Centre.

Bronwyn is a passionate OT dedicated to supporting individuals and families in developing independence and enhancing quality of life through a person-centred, strengths-based approach. With a warm and collaborative style, Bronwyn thrives in inclusive environments and values lifelong learning to strengthen her clinical impact. When she’s not working, you’ll find her enjoying nature and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Robyn brings deep expertise in paediatrics and neurodivergent support, crafting inclusive, empowering interventions for children and their families. As a mother of two, she brings both professional and lived experience to her practice, offering a compassionate lens to support families navigating the unique joys and challenges of raising neurodivergent children.

🌿 Welcome to the team Mjuri Dennis! 🌿

We’re excited to welcome Mjuri as she officially joins us today as our new Admin Assistant based in Darwin!

Mjuri brings a strong background in administration, with experience supporting teams through scheduling, communications, and the smooth running of day-to-day operations in fast-paced environments. She is highly organised, detail-oriented, and takes pride in ensuring everything operates seamlessly behind the scenes. With a vibrant personality and a positive, can-do attitude, Mjuri thrives in collaborative team settings and enjoys building strong, professional relationships in the workplace.

Outside of work, you’ll find Mjuri exploring the great outdoors - whether it’s hiking, camping, or simply soaking up nature, she’s always chasing her next adventure.

🌿 Community Care Connection | Melville Island 🌿

Members of our Darwin-based team at Cameron Wellness Centre proudly joined forces with Tiwi College, NDIS Access Team, Darwin Youth Services, and NDIS Remote Planners for a milestone collaboration on Melville Island.

This whole-of-community initiative marked a powerful first - a shared commitment to improving access, inclusion, and outcomes for young people living in remote communities.

Through Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, NDIS access support, and capacity-building conversations, our team worked hand in hand with community leaders, families, and partner services - grounded in cultural safety, trust, and respect.

We are honoured to walk alongside the Tiwi community and contribute to a collective future where every person can thrive in their own way.

A heartfelt thank you to Tiwi College for your leadership, hospitality, and vision. We look forward to building on this momentum and strengthening connections for years to come.

✨ Welcome to the Team, Bridget! ✨

We’re proud to welcome Bridget Fort to our Geelong team as an Occupational Therapist at Cameron Wellness Centre.

Bridget brings warmth, empathy, and a passion for meaningful outcomes in her work with NDIS participants. With a background as a Disability Support Worker, she brings a truly collaborative and practical lens to therapy - understanding how multidisciplinary supports can work together to reduce barriers and build independence.

Her clinical interests span equipment prescription, home modifications, and capacity building across the lifespan. Bridget takes a holistic, person-centred approach and enjoys tailoring strategies that align with each participant’s unique goals and strengths.

When she’s not working alongside participants and their support networks, you’ll find Bridget outdoors with her family and husky or experimenting in the kitchen with her love of cooking and baking.

We’re thrilled to have Bridget on board and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make in the community.
