We have been a running establishment over the course of three years now, providing the highest possible quality of care to our participants, as all my Support workers are highly experienced who all hold qualifications regarding this field.
I myself have Six - Seven years’ experience working in the Disability Health Sector acting as many roles including a Nurse, Support Worker, Team leaders, and now Business owner. I specialise in High Behaviours of Concern, Mental Health and community access programs or activities.
We currently have the capacity to take on many clients as I stated above with the resources to network all over Victoria, Support workers can be easily attainable for us, as we have many highly talented Support Workers. I manage my workers and participants accordingly as many clients have their own specific requests or simply to gain a better rapport between worker and client. I also attend shifts that my workers are on, to make sure that the client is receiving the highest possible care from Byrne Support Services, but also to show that I care for all my clients individually and not just a number in my system.
We currently service in the following areas:
• Geelong
• Western Suburbs Melbourne
• Northern Suburbs Melbourne
• Southern Suburbs Melbourne
• Regional (Depending how far out)
Byrne Support Services also provide the following services to their clients:
• In-Home Personal care
• Domestic Assistance
• Community Access
• Mental Health Support
• Transport
• Meal Preparations
• House & Yard Maintenance
• Assistance with Daily Living
• Respite
• Day Programs (I run set days for Day Programs, and If there's enough numbers that were booked prior)
