Exercise, Connection, Community and Mental Health Support is what we are all about and what a fantastic way to bring it all together ❤️

We had another brilliant weekend supporting a free self defence seminar ran by the legends at Black Dog Boxfit and Complete Health Geelong

As always, massive shoutout to A CUT ABOVE family butcher and Routley's Bakery for supplying us with the food to make this possible

Connection in life is so important!

During the week, most of the crew from MHM train together in the gym, making sure we keep on top of our physical health which also affects our Mental Health.

We also love our weekend catch ups outside of the gym, and last week just happened to be a special one, on location in Melbourne (i love saying that) on set for the movie The Dirty Heist with

Huge thanks too and and their crews for always being ready to meet up and have a laugh.

If there are any motorbike movies out there, we have a ready made gang for you, with now seasoned actors hahahhaa

Everyone should know how to protect themselves, and feel comfortable walking down the street.

Which is why the legends at are coming down to , to put on a free Self Protection Seminar.

After these two have finished doing their thing, we will be doing a Free Community BBQ and leanding an ear or some advice if anyone needs it

Like everything we do here, it'll also cover what's happening in your body physiologically and the mind set needed to succeed, sometimes its about keeping emotionally regulated and in control, with taking us for a short cool down and guided meditation

On Saturday The Mental Health Militia got involved in a bit of acting with for something completely different 🤣

We were shooting some promotional footage for their feature film The Dirty Heist coming out in the near future.

It was an absolute experience thats for sure and we are excited to be doing some more in the future.

The Mental Health Militia love to attend events where we can be of service.

We love to engage people over a bbq, while looking at cars, or checking out a motorbike event, as this promotes a non clinical approach that is less intrusive or intimidating.

Which leads to open natural conversations, so if people want to pick our brains, they can, if they don't want to, they don't have too!

Everyone in the militia has lived experience and is now leading by example, if you see one of us out and don't want to chat there, ask for our card 😉

We offer free community bbqs, with qualified mental health professionals to the community on a weekly basis.

We can also attend your event, as a free offering without a bbq, if anyone wants a chat.
