💖 Beginning my “Mid Month Musings”…. From my training, experiences or insights…. Sometimes funny, sometimes deep and enlightening.
October: Did you know our focused thoughts create Energy that can cause dense areas or a higher vibration that flows to our cells. Recently I observed some health worries that were niggling in my subconscious.
I had been feeling unsettled and allowed the feelings to rise up which revealed my worry (anxiety).
Feelings need to be expressed, and if dense like anxiety, it’s vital for health to feel them and let them pass through us, not stay simmering.
I had a good cry which allowed my consciousness to hear my soul. Our beautiful soul connects us to Divine Source. I acknowledge the source of my worry. My soul told me “Yes there are many things you cannot control. You can choose how to respond. That is your only control. A day at a time being present. Remember the old saying Liz. Tomorrow never comes”. I had to smile.
💖 I accepted the issues, and when the unsettled feelings rise, i choose (mostly !!!) to Smile and know i have Grace in this moment 💖

🙌🏻 UPDATE on JUNE/JULY Availability:
In case I'm needed in the next 3 weeks, I'm letting my fab clients know from next Wednesday 25/6 until Monday 30/6 inclusive, I won't be monitoring my phone or emails for those 6 days.
I can offer short phone sessions from 1/7 ( ) but will not be doing BioEnergy session on phone or in person until after 14th July.
I am available still for Treatments until Tuesday evening 24/6
