Motherhood is wild.

One minute you’re holding babies, surviving on caffeine, functioning on broken sleep, wondering if you’ll ever feel like yourself again…

…and the next you’re sitting next to these giant humans wondering how the hell that happened.

These boys have been my greatest joy, biggest challenge, deepest heartbreak, greatest teachers… all at once.

Motherhood has changed everything about me.

It’s also a huge part of why I do what I do.

Because when your child is struggling — physically, emotionally, mentally — it hits differently. You would move mountains for them. You’ll chase answers, question everything, carry stress no one sees, and still somehow keep showing up.

And somewhere in all of that… mums tend to disappear a little.

But I also know Mother’s Day can feel really complicated.

For the women longing to be mums.
For those walking the heartbreak of infertility, loss, or dreams that haven’t unfolded the way they hoped.
For those grieving their own mums.
For the mums doing this without the support they deserve.
For the women mothering in ways the world doesn’t always see.

Today can hold joy and grief at the same time.

So whether today feels full, heavy, hopeful, painful, or somewhere in between… I’m sending love 🤍

And to the mums in the trenches, carrying the invisible load, worrying about their kids, holding it together (or not) — you’re doing a bloody good job.

Most people come to me already doing a lot.

They’re informed.
They’ve tried protocols.

I don’t believe most people fail at treatment because they don’t care or aren’t disciplined enough.

They fail because they’re trying to heal in isolation.

In today’s world, information is everywhere.
Supplements are easy to access.
