A winter health plan is a detailed approach to reduce your risk of illness
and increase your immunity to fight off infections if you do fall sick. Think
about these three areas:
1. HOW to avoid getting sick: 🥝🥚 Get your vaccinations up to date, add immunity
-boosting food to your shopping list such as those high in antioxidants, protein, fibre, vitamins B, C, D and E, and those rich in healthy fats.
2. WHO to turn to when sick: 👨‍⚕️👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 List your support team. Include your TerryWhite Pharmacist, your doctor, your specialist, the local home doctor service, and a family member, friend, or neighbour.
3. WHAT to do when sick: 👜👶The challenge is making time to recuperate. Have a plan for work, childcare and time off work when you fall sick.
