IMPORTANT NEWS | BEST SALON SKILLS 💇

BEST Disability Support's Salon Skills Program is taught by qualified hairdresser and beauty therapist Chris Jaffrey. Chris not only has extensive experience in the beauty industry, but he is also a qualified trainer and assessor with a background in adult education 🤯

Obviously his amazing teaching skills have created hype with the Members, so much so that BEST will be enforcing an enrolment cap from Term 2, 2026 to ensure the program remains at a high quality while keeping our Members safe.

Hair by BEST will remain open to the public on Mondays and Fridays, with an official program cap number announced later in the term.

A special shout out to all of our Members who have been loving the Beauty & Hairdressing Programs!

📸 VISUAL VAULT - NOVEMBER 📸

This November has been our biggest month yet, jam packed with so many fun events!

🥰 We shared compliments with each other for World Kindness Day

🎥 Brandon got his first big break on the silver screen!

🏃 Members played basketball in front of a crowd of 10,000 people at the Brisbane Bullets half-time show

🎄 We all partied the whole night away at our 2025 Christmas party

🏀 Members played in the last BBL season final of the year!

🏡 And we hosted an open day for our community to come along and see what we do

The year isn’t over yet! There’s even more to come in the next few weeks, including the opening of our brand new campus in Hillcrest 🎉
