In this role, Estella will work across all departments within our organisation. develop skills, a deeper understanding of our operations, and take meaningful steps toward becoming a future Aboriginal leader.

🎓 Congratulations to Our Amazing Graduates! 🎓

A huge congratulations to Chris and Jesse, who have recently completed their studies in Individual Support with Booroongen Djugun College. We are so proud to have been part of your journey.
Chris and Jesse have dedicated a tremendous amount of work and effort, and we congratulate them as they step into their new roles as AINs. They will continue to help and support the lives of our residents and community members. 💙

Today, we say farewell to Pam 💐

Pam has dedicated over 10 amazing years to Booroongen Djugun. Her passion and commitment have made a lasting impact on us all. The energy brought each day, along with her infectious laughter, will be greatly missed.
While we are saddened to see you go, we are happy for the new adventures that await you!

This morning, we had a wonderful visit from our AIN trainees at Kempsey High School, along with some new potential recruits. It was a pleasure to welcome them as they explored our grounds with our fantastic nurse educator, Genna. They had the opportunity to meet our residents and staff while learning more about Booroongen Djugun from our CEO, Kylie. We look forward to continuing to build and support our youth in achieving their goals.

BDL staff were proudly hosted by our amazing international Nursing staff to share in their celebration of Diwali, the festival of lights.
This festival symbolises spiritual victory, the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance.
