You can see how gorgeous our Ardeer villas are in the video below... but what really matters is the people who live in them!

One villa we think of as the "fun, west side boys house" and the other is a blank canvas, waiting for three new residents to set the tone.

Villa one is currently home to two men (aged 35–45) who are on the lookout for a third male housemate to join their crew.

One is a HUGE fan of martial arts movies (think Jackie Chan, Jet Li, Bruce Lee), Power Rangers, and 90s R&B or Vietnamese music. He’s extroverted and curious, but also values downtime and has an impressive Jordan shoe collection.

The other enjoys his day program, winding down in the evenings, and is an absolute car enthusiast. He’s non-verbal but social, loves to perform, and always gets excited for a game of bowling or golf.

They’re both easy-going, happy to have occasional guests, and value a respectful balance of socialising and privacy.

If this doesn't like the right fit, no worries — Villa two is a blank canvas and waiting for you to set the tone, shape the vibe, and make it your own. It's ready and waiting for three housemates, and is Fully Accessible.

🍝 Cultural Cooking with Heart 🧡

This week, our Cultural Cooking group whipped up a delicious lunch of pasta and meatballs — made with pantry staples and leftover freezer ingredients.

But they didn’t stop there. As part of Homelessness Week, the team chose to use their own program money to purchase essential groceries for the Encompass Care food pantry, helping others doing it tough.

Small acts. Big heart. 💛

The vibe at our Brighton East home: 🧑‍🍳📺 Equal parts cooking experiments, cartoon nights and peaceful space – this is a home full of personality and balance!

Our two lovely male residents – aged 38 and 43 – are looking for a new housemate to join their calm and welcoming home.

One loves experimenting in the kitchen, discos, a good chat and a catch-up over lunch. The other prefers cartoons, op shops, and quiet evenings. They both enjoy a steady routine and day programs during the week.
