As the year draws to a close I would like to take the opportunity to wish each and every one of you a safe and happy new year.
Thank you to all who have supported me in my endeavour to bring evidence based education to expecting parents, especially the Drs and midwives who help me run this program.
We have had over 350 couples come through in 2024, that’s a lot of beautiful bundles of joy which, hopefully in some way, we have helped make the journey a safe and positive experience.
We are very excited to resume the fun in February 2025, with workshops already filling up fast.

Birthworx turns 2!!!
This time 2 years ago I had my first Birthworx workshop. That little idea which popped into my head to try and give parents more information post covid and pre baby is still going strong. Together with the help of my amazing fellow midwives we have managed to deliver over 110 workshops with over 650 couples attending. Of the 500+ feedback form received 100% would recommend to family and friends and found the workshop met their expectations. I am hugely proud of what we have achieved and passionate about continuing this amazing journey. Thank you to everyone who has attended, assisted, referred and supported. Bring in the next 20 years 😂

TENs is a safe, non invasive, drug free pain relief device which is easy to use and is recommended by midwives.
