Introducing our newest staff member - Rachel 😊

Rachel has a background in ballet, basketball, and AFL. 

Her interest in exercise and sport science grew from a desire to prevent injuries and enhance functional movement. 

She loves motivating others to discover forms of movement they enjoy and supporting individuals as they work toward their personal goals.

In her free time, she enjoys yoga, running, music, football, and dance.

Some of our university placement students make quite an impression in their time with us - and Matt was one of them!
Matt is a passionate & talented futsal player who has represented Victoria in national competitions and plays futsal year-round. In addition to studying Exercise Science, Matt works as a futsal referee and school programs coach, leaving him no time for sitting on the couch.
⚽️
We enjoyed watching Matt in action as goal keeper for his team last night and hope he fulfills his dream of playing in the Australian futsal team in one of the next Olympics!

Our most memorable reformer hire client to date!
🎾🎾🎾
When we received a call in early January asking if we had a reformer available to hire for an AO tennis player, little did we know it would only be for the world's greatest!
It was amazing to meet the hugely talented, amicable and humble Novak Djokovic along with his lovely family. When Nadia came along to collect the reformer with me, Novak stepped in and assisted in carrying it out of the house and into the car.
We chatted about his injury and his disappointment in having to exit the competition early but hopefully we will see the GOAT back in Melbourne stronger next year 💪

Today was Nick's last day of teaching for 2024. He's off to Thailand tomorrow to catch up with family for Christmas and will be back when we reopen on January 13th, 2025.
It's been a big year for Nick as he has continued working whilst studying towards obtaining his Masters in Exercise Physiology. So no doubt, he's ready for a good break.
