I have a range of 1:1 sessions that I offer both in person and online.

I am excited to share a new offering that I have been facilitating for a few months now and that some clients have already noticed has been in my booking system for a while.

The following 1:1 sessions are available to everyone, current clients and new. If you would like to become a client I am re opening my calendar and offering all sessions to people that would like to work with me.

My focus has always been, and will continue to be Kinesiology, but it is expanding in new and beautiful ways. Even my Kinesiology mentorship wants to expand to include everyone.

* Kinesiology - as a PKP Kinesiology practitioner I have been facilitating Kinesiology sessions for 18 years and have worked with thousands of people. The PKP ethos is self responsibility. Empowering clients on their path to healing and awareness of what needs to change in their life.

* Soul Quest Kinesiology - is a specialised session and is a fusion and intertwining of Kinesiology and high dimensional spirit work. Working within the unique White Dragon Lineage® template to hold and co-create with the Kingdoms of Light - plant, tree, crystal, animal and angelic, as well as spirit allies, benevolent ancestors and the spiritual realm.

* Elemental Soul Constellations - through the sacred blend of Soul Constellations® (created by Sharon Bolt) work and Chinese Five Element healing, it is a remembrance of who you are, revealing your soul’s true path.
Each session is a blend of deep listening, intuitive earth channeling, and soul resonance. Exploring inherited patterns, ancestral loyalties, karmic and soul contracts, you will receive grounded insight, energetic realignment, and actionable clarity for the path ahead.

* Womb Cauldron Clearings - The Empress and the Dragon® Womb Cauldron Weaving sessions are a multi-layered 1:1 session that will help energetically balance, restore, and clear your Womb Stargate creating deeper connection to yourself and to your body temple.

When a woman awakens and starts to own all of herself,
letting go of the need to cover up or defend herself,
and instead accepts all of her idiosyncrasies, fears, wounds, false programs & flaws, and supports her unique imperfect self instead of judging, rejecting and wishing that she were different or like somebody else, she has entered the promised land of freedom and self empowerment.

She starts to drop the posing, defence mechanisms, competitiveness, jealousy and all the false gods that she previously used as crutches, false images or places to hide parts of herself.

What is left is a Woman of Strength, courage, fortitude and a woman that is compassionately understanding towards others because she is able to give to others what she has given to herself.

She becomes fearlessly authentic, she finds her voice, there is no longer shame, therefore she no longer needs to hide or change any part of herself.

She’s able to overcome any fears of rejection for being true to herself.

Ironically, when a woman claims and accepts her shadow, that which she rejected and suppressed about herself transforms from being dysfunctional to being a strength and the energy that it was previously draining from her becomes available to her.

Such a woman gives others permission to accept themselves as they are, her own freedom becomes contagious.

Through being openly relaxed in her Power she empowers others.

The biggest congratulations to who is now an officially certified PKP Kinesiology Practitioner.

Witnessing and being a small part of AJ’s journey is the reason why I am still so passionate about teaching.

Soul Quest Kinesiology Mentorship is a deeply personal and spiritual journey as an illuminating lense shines a light on your current journey as a Kinesiology practitioner.

The has another qualified Level 1 PKP Practitioner.

A big congratulations to .mcgovern.90 who has successfully completed the Certificate of Kinesiology and is now an accredited ICPKP Kinesiology practitioner.

This is the 12 month Foundations Level certificate that equates to 500 hours of training.

Rosie has continued with her Kinesiology studies and is currently enrolled in the Diploma of Learning, Metaphysical, Holographic & Vibrational Energies.

Part of the Soul Quest Kinesiology mentoring and training program is learning about schemas, shadows/archetypes and belief systems.

This module is where we look at what drives the subconscious programming and patterns that can be operating 95% of the time in our lives.

Most Kinesiology modalities have learnt how to balance subconscious sabotage programmes, schema’s can be deeply embedded and act as a framework through which we interpret the world around us.

Schemas are enduring negative patterns that develop during childhood and/or adolescence and influence how we interact in the world.

Abandonment, instability, mistrust, abuse, emotional deprivation, enmeshment, defectiveness and shame are all examples of schemas.
Schemas fight for survival so you will also learn the adrenal connection to each type of schema and how to balance it.

They develop as a result of our unmet core emotional needs in childhood not being met. There are five core emotional needs that our inner child needs - connection, reciprocity, flow, autonomy and mutuality (the sharing of feelings/emotions).

This module also contains over 200 archetypes/shadow aspects and we also delve into core belief systems, tribal beliefs and learned beliefs.

It is a deep dive into the subconscious, the driver behind our triggers, patterns of behaviors and beliefs and how we can bring emotional intelligence into healing them.

The 3 month Soul Quest Kinesiology® Mentorship begins on Tuesday 23rd September.

Teaching and mentoring Kinesiology practitioners is still my passion. It hasn’t wavered over the last 17 years.

I have walked the Kinesiology path, I know what it’s like to be passionate about Kinesiology and at the same time struggle with crippling self doubt, juggling ‘life’ and not knowing how to expand my practice. There were many moments when I nearly gave it up.

I have taught thousands of students and mentored hundreds and I am so excited to once again offer this mentorship in its 4th year completely upgraded.

The last 2 weeks I have been sailing and immersing myself in the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea.
Living and sleeping on the ocean 🌊 was at times intense yet buoyantly expansive.

My dreaming was heightened and profound.
My soul and energy body expanded.
My inner child healed as I reclaimed soul parts that were waiting for me.
The reflective mirror of the water showed me an unhealed wound and where a power retrieval was needed.

There is so much beauty in all of it.

Heart and soul rememberence and connection as my soul experienced the childlike joy of travel, adventure, fun, new experiences and connecting with new friends.

I’m calling this trip the ‘Self Love Juice Tour’ (thanks to the sign in Barcelona).
I have now landed back on land in Santorini for the next part of my adventure as I now sit water gazing from the Caldera eating amazing food and drinking mojitos.
This part, I will be social media free for the next 2 weeks.

I will be back at work on Wednesday 3rd September!
