Hope 2026 has bring some rest and peace of mind to everyone. I have not been able to put an update due to accessibility problem!! As most of you aware that I am taking a long break, it has been interesting learning journey and some family time so far. However, I am about to have some rest yayyyy.
My first day back to work is 2nd March 2026. Looking forward to catching up in March!

Hi Guys, a very late update. We have moved to 37 Greenhill Road, walk down the drive way next to the Greenhill Fish and chips. Access through the side door.

Also my mum has decided to migrate to heaven this morning, so I will be away till the 5th August.

Happy 2023 everyone. Hope the new year brings health and happiness to you all. Also I will be away from 26 of Jan to the 3rd of March. I will not be taking any acute injury from 15th Jan until 26th Jan.

Hello friends and family,

As promised that we will keep you posted. We are now back in operation, Monday and Thursday for Sie Wey and Thursday for Sean.
We are still operating with significantly reduced capacity and plan to built it back up slowly to allow proper reconditioning for our therapists.

Dear friends and family,

We are committed not to over burden our healthcare system, therefore, we have decided to temporary cease our service as of 24th March 2020.
Currently there is no vaccine or effective medication to treat Covid-19 and this ninja virus are able to spread in stealth mode during incubation period. The only thing that has proven to work so far is non pharmaceutical intervention ie your personal hygiene, wash your hand, mask, social distancing.
I am feeling possitive as Victorian government has decided to go into lock down while we still have low numbers. There will be a lag, first you will see the number continue to goes up before it can start to come down due to the incubation period. So please be patient and stay safe.
We are working on telehealth so that you will still have access of Sie Wey if needed. She will be able to give out advises, management strategies and exercise during this time. Feel free to send us a message if you miss us😉. (Apology for the quality of the pic, I am not tech savvy😅).

Dear friends and family,

At your choice physiotherapy and health centre, we take your well being and health very seriously. These are the strategies that we have implemented to protect all of you as you are very important to us.

1.Open both front and back door and use of extraction fan in common areas and treatment room to make sure air flow.
2. Twice daily disinfection routine in both waiting areas.
3. Install hand sanitizer at the entrance.
4. Treatment table, equipment and hicaps machine gets a clean after every client.
5. Use of mask, glasses plus gloves. Still wash hands between all clients.

We will continue to do our best in providing our awesome services😊

We started to get booking from the fire fighters and the volunteers. Keep them coming!!

Managed to raise over $600 today for Starting Over Dog Rescue😊. We all had sooo much fun (Mr Qi Qi had a bit too much fun). So great to work with these amazing human and puppies.
