SJ Mind Body Wellness Hello I'm Sarah and I'm so excited to launch my brand new SJ Mind Body Program! Maybe you’ve been struggling with your weight for years? I’m here to help you!

SJ Mind Body Wellness is a female only online 6 week accountability program with a focus on nurturing your relationship with yourself, movement, nutrition & most importantly your mindset to help you achieve your health & wellness goals. I have wanted to create a program like this for a long time and now it has all come together. I have been a personal trainer for almost 20 years and my passion is helping others to make a positive change in their lives. I believe you’ve come to this page because you want results, you want direction and you want someone to lead you through all the confusion that of what to eat, when to eat and how to train. Are you wanting to increase your fitness levels or change your shape? Are you feeling tired stressed and lacking energy? Or maybe you just want to feel good about yourself? I specialize in training women and my style is unique in that I don’t solely focus on fitness, I believe in looking at the whole picture. Beginning with why you haven’t achieved your results in the past, your nutrition, which is 70% of your results and your mindset which is essential for permanent change and lasting results. No more yo-yoing in weight and eating habits. Change for good! I can tell you from personal experience what it is like to lose more than 25kg twice. I gained 20kg in my first pregnancy and proceeded to lose 30kg afterwards. During my second pregnancy I gained another 25kg and lost it all within 9 months. My mindset changed and it has changed for good, I have been on the rollercoaster too but I can honestly say that I am off it for good now and I’m here to show you how! I will guide you through the program by encouraging you to push your beliefs about what you think is possible. Not just with your training but where your thoughts go when you think about reaching your goals. Yet we’ll spend

But ask someone to invest in their health…

The harsh truth?
Your body is the one thing you live in every single day.

So many women think something is wrong with them.

They feel exhausted.
Cravings hit every afternoon.
Weight feels harder to shift than it used to.
And the story they tell themselves is
“I just need more discipline.”

But most of the time it isn’t discipline.
It’s things like..
not getting enough sleep
blood sugar crashing during the day
not eating enough protein or fibre
living in constant stress and overwhelm.

When you understand how your body actually works, things start to make a lot more sense.
You stop blaming yourself.
You stop starting over every Monday.
And you start making small changes that actually move the needle.

This is the kind of work I love doing with women inside my 6 who container.

Not just telling you what to eat or how to exercise because if that was what you needed you wouldn't be here. But helping you understand your body so you can work with it instead of against it.

Imagine if in six weeks you could feel calm around food.

Not constantly thinking about it.
Not negotiating with yourself all day.
Not feeling guilty after eating.
Just… peace.

Because for so many women, the hardest part isn’t the food.
It’s the mental load that comes with it.
The constant thoughts.
The “I’ll start again Monday.”
The good days followed by the blow-outs.
The feeling that you just need more willpower.

But most women don’t need more discipline.
They need to understand why they do what they do.

When you start changing the habits, the beliefs, and the patterns running underneath everything things begin to shift.

Food stops controlling your thoughts.
You start making choices that actually feel good.
And you begin treating your body with respect instead of punishment.

I watch this happen with women every single program.
And the shift isn’t just physical.
It’s mental.
It’s emotional.
It’s freeing.

Boxing is such a fun way to move your body, build confidence, and learn new skills. It’s by far one of my favourite classes to teach. Watching everyone light up, laugh, and get a great sweat on is the best.

We laugh, we move, we don’t take ourselves too seriously, and we exercise.

Sessions are catered to all abilities and fitness levels, from complete beginners who have never boxed before right through to experienced boxers.

I’m currently running a 6am session every Monday morning in Coolum/Yaroomba.

Sessions are just $15.

One minute we were dancing on tables and getting 3 hours sleep..

Now we’re comparing protein intake, fibre grams, magnesium before bed and whether a weighted vest counts as cardio.

The wildest thing about our nights now?
Remembering to take our creatine.

Somewhere along the way we stopped chasing wild nights and started chasing energy, strength and feeling good in our bodies.

And honestly…
this version of us is way more powerful.

For a long time I really thought something was wrong with me.

Why was I always thinking about food?
Why did it feel like such a battle?

What I didn’t understand back then is that when your body isn’t nourished properly, when you’re stuck in cycles of restriction and guilt, when you’ve been taught certain foods are “bad” or “off limits”…
your brain becomes preoccupied with food.

That constant thinking about it.
The mental negotiating.
The “I’ll start again tomorrow” pattern.
It’s exhausting.
And so many women live like this for years, even decades.

What changed for me wasn’t more discipline.
It wasn’t stricter rules.
It was understanding my body.
Learning how to nourish it properly.
And slowly rebuilding trust with myself around food.

That’s the work I’m so passionate about now.
Because when that food noise quiets down…
the freedom and mental space that opens up in your life is incredible.

Who Am I? ✨

I’m Sarah, a mum of two amazing kids, a lover of nature, long walks, the beach, and meaningful connections. For over 25 years, I’ve worked in fitness and wellness, helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies.

I’ve been on my own weight loss journey too, and more than that, a journey of learning to love myself unconditionally. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, frustrated, and unsure of where to turn. Believe me, I’ve been there. But I’m living proof that lasting change is possible and it’s not about a quick fix, it’s about finding what truly works for you.

I’m here to help you lose weight, feel good, and create real, lasting change. I’m now offering my work online after 25 years in-person because I want to reach more women who are ready to make real shifts. My focus is helping you find what most programs leave out: the full picture. It’s not just about a plan, it’s about alignment.

The missing link isn’t just accountability; it’s supporting the whole woman. It’s about addressing your mindset, your environment, your relationships, and how you show up for yourself.

We all know we need to change our habits, but it’s how we feel about them that makes all the difference. When you have the right guidance, the right support, and a plan that works for your life, change sticks.

It’s not about being perfect, it’s about showing up for yourself, consistently. I believe every woman deserves to feel amazing in her body, without the guilt, extremes, or restriction. You deserve to feel at peace, confident, and free.

That’s why I created my Freedom Framework: to give women the tools, guidance, and support they need to feel empowered in their own skin. It’s about embracing self-love, creating a life you truly love, and finding balance in every area, not just food or exercise, but how you connect with yourself and others.

So who am I? I’m a coach, a mum, a mentor, and a woman who’s passionate about helping other women feel their best, embrace their worth, and step into their power.

Happy International Women’s Day 💛

Today I’m celebrating women.
The strength they carry.
The love they give.
The way they keep showing up even on the days they feel completely empty.

Women hold so much. Families, emotions, responsibilities, the invisible load that so often goes unseen. They keep going when they’re tired, when life feels heavy, and when there is very little left in their own cup.

I see it every day in the women I work with. Women who have spent years putting everyone else first. Women who have been so busy caring for others that somewhere along the way they forgot how to care for themselves.

But what I also see is how powerful women are when they start coming back to themselves. When they start listening to their bodies again. When they start treating themselves with the same kindness they give to everyone else.

It’s honestly one of the most beautiful things to witness.

So today I celebrate all the incredible women out there. The ones holding everything together, the ones quietly doing the work on themselves, and the ones slowly remembering who they are.

You are powerful. You are resilient. And you deserve the same love and care you give so freely to everyone else. ✨

Some days I feel like putting on a hoodie and hiding from this platform.

Running your own business that you pour your heart and soul into has its beautiful moments and its really hard days.

I pour so much love into every woman who works with me.Holding space for their struggles, celebrating their wins, walking beside them as they rebuild trust with themselves.

But showing up here every single day sharing, creating, being visible, it can be exhausting.

Today is one of those days where you quietly question if it’s all worth it.

Not because you don’t believe in the work.
But because sometimes the work of being seen feels heavier than the work itself.

And the truth is, the reason I care so deeply is because I was once the woman I now work with.
The one who felt disconnected from her body.
The one who thought she just needed more willpower. The one who kept starting again every Monday wondering why nothing ever truly changed.

That’s why this work means so much to me.
Because I know what it feels like to be stuck there and I know what it feels like when something finally shifts.

So even on the days where I feel like hiding,
I remind myself why I started.

And I keep showing up.

For the women who are still where I once was. 🤍
