SJ Mind Body Wellness is a female only online 6 week accountability program with a focus on nurturing your relationship with yourself, movement, nutrition & most importantly your mindset to help you achieve your health & wellness goals. I have wanted to create a program like this for a long time and now it has all come together. I have been a personal trainer for almost 20 years and my passion is

helping others to make a positive change in their lives. I believe you’ve come to this page because you want results, you want direction and you want someone to lead you through all the confusion that of what to eat, when to eat and how to train. Are you wanting to increase your fitness levels or change your shape? Are you feeling tired stressed and lacking energy? Or maybe you just want to feel good about yourself? I specialize in training women and my style is unique in that I don’t solely focus on fitness, I believe in looking at the whole picture. Beginning with why you haven’t achieved your results in the past, your nutrition, which is 70% of your results and your mindset which is essential for permanent change and lasting results. No more yo-yoing in weight and eating habits. Change for good! I can tell you from personal experience what it is like to lose more than 25kg twice. I gained 20kg in my first pregnancy and proceeded to lose 30kg afterwards. During my second pregnancy I gained another 25kg and lost it all within 9 months. My mindset changed and it has changed for good, I have been on the rollercoaster too but I can honestly say that I am off it for good now and I’m here to show you how! I will guide you through the program by encouraging you to push your beliefs about what you think is possible. Not just with your training but where your thoughts go when you think about reaching your goals. I stand by not giving out Meal Plans! If you go on a plan at some point you must come off one! What do you do then?

And these are the foundations most women are never taught.

Not in diets.

Not in “be good and try harder” programs.

Easter weekend 🐣

This doesn’t have to be the weekend you “fall off track” or tell yourself you’ll start again Monday.

You get to enjoy it and feel good in yourself at the same time.

It’s not about being perfect or saying no to everything you love…

It’s about making choices that actually feel good for you.

Maybe that looks like:
Slowing down and eating with awareness
Adding some protein so you don’t end up in the snack spiral
Moving your body because it feels good, not to “earn” food
Checking in with yourself instead of switching off completely

You don’t need to swing between all or nothing.

This is where things start to change when you learn how to live your life AND take care of yourself.

Enjoy the moments, be present and back yourself with the choices you make ❤️

That they just need more discipline.
More motivation.
To “get their s**t together.”

But what I see over and over again is this…

You’re not failing because you don’t know enough.
You’re not failing because you’re lazy.

You’ve just been trying to do something really hard… on your own.

And when you’re in your own head all the time
questioning yourself
going back and forth
starting and stopping

Of course it feels hard.

Of course you fall off.

Of course you don’t trust yourself.

But then something shifts…

You step into a space where you’re supported.
Where you’re understood.
Where you’re not the only one feeling this way.

And suddenly…

You don’t spiral the same way.
You don’t disappear when things get hard.
You start following through.

Not because you became a different person…
but because you’re no longer doing it alone.

And that changes everything.

Your body will be with you a lot longer than that handbag.

Yet we’ll spend
$300 on a night out
$200 on our hair
$150 on a new outfit
$7 a day on takeaway coffee
without blinking.

But ask someone to invest in their health…
their strength…
their energy…
their confidence…
and suddenly it feels like a big decision.

The harsh truth?
Your body is the one thing you live in every single day.
Your energy.
Your mobility.
Your hormones.
Your strength as you age.

How you feel when you look in the mirror.
Those things determine the quality of your life far more than anything hanging in your wardrobe.

I’m not saying don’t buy the handbag.
I’m saying don’t value it more than the body carrying it.

Because one of them will last decades longer.
And the women I work with eventually realise…

So many women think something is wrong with them.

They feel exhausted.
Cravings hit every afternoon.
Weight feels harder to shift than it used to.
And the story they tell themselves is
“I just need more discipline.”

But most of the time it isn’t discipline.
It’s things like..
not getting enough sleep
blood sugar crashing during the day
not eating enough protein or fibre
living in constant stress and overwhelm.

When you understand how your body actually works, things start to make a lot more sense.
You stop blaming yourself.
You stop starting over every Monday.
And you start making small changes that actually move the needle.

This is the kind of work I love doing with women inside my 6 who container.

Not just telling you what to eat or how to exercise because if that was what you needed you wouldn't be here. But helping you understand your body so you can work with it instead of against it.
