It truely is OK 🧡
So many of us have self-depreciating thoughts of why am I still here... still feeling it ..... when will it be done with.....but there is absolutely no timeline for the nuance of your healing. Accepting this is a great stepping stone along the way and can help ease the process.

At times I talk to people who are very one-sided in their thinking. They often believe that healing is a systematic thing. We do a few processes and the person gets over their heart break, heals their ailment and moves forward from a particular loss. It’s that she/he’ll be right attitude…

They do not like or understand that the deepest processes of healing is messy. It doesn’t occur in a controlled, precise manner at the exact time that suits one.

There are layers that a person has to go through to understand the deeper inner secrets of themselves and their loved ones. Those layers are not always logical or straightforward. Often they are unconscious, painful and are related to childhood traumas, ancestral pain or lessons that the soul has come here to learn based on karma and what occurred in other lifetimes etc.

How one learns is completely different to how another learns. We have to understand that we are all individuals. We have to be willing and kind and open with our own process. We have to take the time to go through the messy layers and gain our own inner wisdom and maturity and grow at the pace that is possible for us.

Sometimes it will be a faster pace and other times a slower pace. We have to learn how to tune in and how to follow our inner voice despite the outside noise.

It can also be extremely helpful to stop And discern where we are at on the journey. We are not perfect - we are in the long and sometimes arduous process of getting to know and refining ourselves. It can literally look like putting a puzzle together.

What I ask that, instead of judging, rejecting or being disappointed your life journey - what if you could embrace it and discover the gifts that each challenge presents.
