As the festive season approaches, many of us feel a mix of emotions. Celebration and connection can sit right alongside stress, fatigue, or emotional heaviness and that’s completely okay. This time of year can look and feel different for everyone, and whatever it brings up for you is valid.

Recently Amy delivered a Performance Psychology workshop for Queensland Specialty Training: “Trainees Starting Their Exam Journey – Setting Up for Success.”
Trainees from Adult Medicine, Paediatric Medicine, and Intensive Care Medicine attended the session, exploring evidence-based strategies to support their focus, wellbeing, and confidence as they begin their exam preparation.
The workshop covered practical tools for managing performance pressure, building sustainable study habits, and maintaining psychological flexibility throughout the exam journey.

Meagan brings a wealth of experience from both psychology and allied health settings, having managed a psychology clinic specialising in individual and couples therapy, as well as an NDIS allied health clinic supporting families of neurodiverse children and adolescents.

She’s passionate about creating welcoming, efficient, and growth-focused environments where clinicians can focus on delivering exceptional care and clients feel supported every step of the way.
