Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so make it count

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs with Spinach and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients:
* 2 large eggs
* 1 cup fresh spinach, packed
* 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
* Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
* Add spinach and cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until softened.
* Whisk eggs in a small bowl.
* Pour whisked eggs over vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until eggs are set.
* Season with salt and pepper.

Macros per serving:
* Calories: 150-170
* Protein: 12-14 grams
* Carbs: 2-3 grams
* Fat: 10-12 grams
