I am officially on two weeks holiday as of Monday, 25/12/25, yehhhhhhh!
Annnnd I am going rogue, creating my own post content today in place of the schedule post our new admin and social media staff member created, explaining why it is not as pretty/uniform visually as the posts shared over the last few weeks, sorry Zayn.... I promise things will run smoother as we work together in 2026 🙏 😬
I am sneaking a couple of VERY lucky BeautyCats through their complementary Initial Intensive EMYOUNG treatment packages over my holiday break, after they have helped me to assess the power of EMYOUNG therapy over the last few weeks.
EMYOUNG combines Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), (which is VERY different from Microcurrent Muscle therapy), and Radio Frequency to create bulk within the facial features by working the muscles of the face and delivering Radio Frequency into the skin at the same time.
All our Diamond Members will be provided this service at NO extra cost.
All I ask, (as I always do) is that you be patient and as flexible as you can be whilst we try and fit everyone in for these treatments over the coming months.

Clinic treatments create the foundation, but real results come from consistency at home. For clients who cannot commit to frequent Microcurrent Muscle sessions in clinic, we provide carefully selected EMS devices and full one on one training so treatments can continue between visits.
When used correctly, at home EMS can help lift, tone and sculpt the face and jawline. It does require commitment, but most clients quickly realise that TV time can also be beauty treatment time.
Professional treatments and at home work are not either or. They work best together. This is how we create results that actually hold.

Purrrrfectly Imperfect. We Are Human, Not Mannequins. 😼
This image is of actress Alexandra Kyle, born in 1988. In this photo, she was just 22 years old.
You can clearly see a natural softness and fall in certain areas of her face. And here is the important part. Alexandra is well known for being cast in roles far younger than her actual age because her facial features are perceived as youthful.
A youthful face is not the same as a flawless or rigid face. Even very young faces can have fullness, softness, or the appearance of jowls simply due to natural facial structure and volume.

Strong Bodies Matter Even More As We Mature! 💪 😼
Meet Sharon Luggett-Hassell, one of our wonderful BeautyCats. Sharon was a mature-age fitness instructor who has is living proof of why staying fit, mobile and strong isn’t just about our aesthetic appearance.
It’s about resilience, recovery, and quality of life. Because when life throws the unexpected at you, the foundation you've built matters more than you ever imagined.
A few years ago, Sharon survived a catastrophic car accident that left her with multiple life-threatening injuries. She was told she might not survive — and later, that she may never walk again.
What helped her through surgery, recovery, and the long road back wasn't luck. It was the strength and condition that years of consistent movement and care for her body created.
Now in her late 60s Sharon is no longer a fitness instructor but continues to build on her recovery journey and participates annually in the annual Oceans to Outback Challenge, to support the Flying Doctors association who actively saved her life and continue to save many others every year in remote areas of Australia.
SharonCats journey is an inspiring reminder to us all that optimal fitness, bone health and muscle condition are not optional extras as we age.
