Meet Joanne — one of our amazing team members whose career has grown right alongside Concept Care. 💫

Joanne joined Concept Care back in 2020 — when our “office” was still a granny flat and the whole team could fit around one table! What began as a Support Worker role quickly grew into something more. While studying social work at uni, Joanne discovered her passion for supporting people with disability — and that passion has guided her ever since. 💙

From helping with everything from rostering and HR to social media, to now working in care coordination, Joanne has never been afraid of change or challenge. Her commitment to learning, growth, and making a difference shines through in everything she does.

Joanne’s journey reminds us that growth is always possible — no matter where you start. 🌟
