Can we take a minute to take at this girl's progress and weight loss journey?

The first three photos show her since she has been putting in the work, eating well, walking more frequently, and training at the gym!👏

The first three photos are before any training or dieting.

She has been going to the gym with the MHG team during her community participation and is loving it! 🤸‍♀️🏋‍♀️

When she first came to us she was 91.2kgs and is now 74.9kgs! 😯

Our Story

We pride ourselves on providing high quality Disability Services and Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation. We assist our residents with daily tasks, life skills, empower and assist them to gain independence. Our Supported Independent Living accommodation provides a home that is comfortable, welcoming, as well as experienced, skilled and caring staff. Our staff provide regular fun activities, to ensure that there is always something to look forward to at myhome@greystanes!
